Superlift Suspension Formed in 1975, Superlift is owned and operated by four-wheel drive enthusiasts who have developed a company philosophy and product line that reflect their passion. Their involvement in off-road events, Outdoor Channel productions and consumer education further defines their commitment to the off-road consumer. Superlift's product development team uses the latest computer modeling technology and receives most of their stock vehicle data directly from vehicle manufacturers. Superlift designs and builds its own plate steel bracketry and tubular components and performs all machining processes as well. Its plate steel parts are laser cut for optimum accuracy and repeatability while more complex parts are die-formed for a consistently uniform fit as well. This in-house manufacturing provides the control needed to consistently produce exceptional, high quality parts. Heavy wall Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) tubing is used on most tubular components. While more expensive than electric weld tubing, DOM offers superior tensile and yield strength with excellent forming characteristics. Most tube and bracketry products have either a smooth, gloss black powder coat or a gold zinc-chromate finish. All fasteners are as strong, or stronger, than the Original Equipment hardware they replace. Superlift's 1,250+ acre Off-Road Vehicle Park, their primary proving grounds in Hot Springs, Arkansas, features a multitude of terrain types and obstacles for 4x4s, ATVs, motorcycles and mountain bikes, and is also one of the world's premiere off-roading destinations open to the public.

Superlift Level-It Search by vehicle

Superlift Level-It Lift Systems are an economical and easy way to eliminate the nose-down rake on most late-model trucks and SUVs.

Whether leveling a truck's stance or Plus Sizing* its Tire & Wheel Package, Level-It components work with Original Equipment suspension components to achieve modest ride height gains. Simple and effective, these precision-engineered systems usually install in approximately two hours and, depending on the application, provide 1.5" to 3.5" of lift height.

To achieve increased ride height, one of three methods is used depending on a vehicle's suspension design.

Strut Extension

Most late-model 1/2-ton trucks and SUVs utilize a coil-over strut for the front suspension (shock and coil spring together in one compact unit). To increase ride height on these applications, a strut extension method is used and an application-specific spacer is added to the top of the O.E. strut assembly. This method does not preload the O.E. coil spring (which would degrade ride quality) or over extend the O.E. shock. No modifications to O.E. parts are required and disassembly of the O.E. strut is not needed. The strut extension can easily be removed to return the vehicle to stock. Some applications include modified extension stops if needed.

Strut Extension Features:

  • Mounts on top of the O.E. strut assembly
  • Allows for the use of Plus Size tires and wheels
  • Easy installation and removal, no strut disassembly required
  • Ideal for restoring height lost from heavy front bumper/winch or snow plow installations
  • Enhances appearance by leveling the stance of the vehicle
  • 10.9 grade metric hardware included
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty

Torsion Keys

Vehicles equipped with torsion bars have a certain amount of adjustment built into the O.E. system via a bolt that indexes on a torsion key attached to each torsion bar. "Cranking up" the O.E. system is not recommended and results in only minor amounts of lift. Level-It forged steel torsion keys are 25% stronger than the cast O.E. pieces and are direct replacements for the O.E. pieces. They feature different torsion bar indexing. When necessary, new metric hardware is supplied to prevent over-cranking the bars. Shock extension and mounting tool adapters are also included with some applications.

Torsion Key Features:

  • Heavy-duty forged steel construction is 25% stronger than O.E. keys
  • Provides 1.5" to 2.5" of adjustable lift height
  • Designed to grab the flat of the torsion bar for a tighter fit
  • High-gloss powdercoated finish
  • Shock extensions included with some applications
  • 10.9 grade metric hardware included
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coil Spacers

Vehicles with a coil spring front suspension utilize a coil spring spacer to achieve lift. In most four-wheel drive applications, this spacer mounts on top of the O.E. coil and is constructed from laser cut steel. Most two-wheel drive vehicles utilize a steel-encased urethane spacer that will not deteriorate or decrease ride height over time. Both designs ensure silent operation. When necessary, shock extensions are also included.

Coil Spacer Features:

  • Steel-encased urethane spacer construction will not deteriorate or decrease ride height over time
  • Urethane spacer provides a smooth and quiet ride
  • Some spacer kits include shock extensions
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty

*Maximum recommended tire diameter: 32"

All Level-It components are backed by Superlift's Limited Lifetime warranty.
